Collage immersion. Steven Rudin’s exhibition , curated by Lana Urso, features seven massive digital works created from hand-cut paper collage templates.. Supported by the Miami Design District’s community programming, Rudin’s exhibition will be on view in Paradise Plaza for the winter holiday season. Welcoming visitors daily, the artist will be in the gallery during viewing hours.
Rudin combines old masters paintings with high design to create a narrative that is relatable and highly personal. As a former Columbia University psychiatrist, Rudin invites the viewer to think about collage as metaphor for memory.
